Custom built 4 litre oil tank for KTM 990/950 Adventure
These are bespoke custom items that are built to individuals bikes in our Devon based workshop
This tank was built for racing and allows the fitment of bigger radiators, is around 1.5kg's lighter than the oem tank and is situated in the OEM battery postion. The fitting of this tank requires relocation of the battery, rectifier and fuel pump (KTM 950). It also requires the oil lines from other KTM models or the fabrication of custom parts. The oem parts are around £200. The tank comes with a mounting bracket for the bottom of the radiator, takes the oem oil filter, contains a baffle and the outlet connections.
IMPORTANT: This tank sits lower in the bike and has not been tested with all bash plates on the market. You will need a certain degree of mechanical ability to fit. We offer a service for fitting here in the UK - £200 depending on requirements. We have 2 workshops. Unit 31 in Devon and RallyAdventureBike in Kent.
